T. L. Williams Academy of Dance, a division of River City Dance Company, helps to promote arts & education in children. Director Tevita Williams-Dumas, A Qualified Member of Dance Educators of America and many other dance organizations, and Assistant Director Bettye F. Williams have committed themselves to a life of education & the performing arts. Both have earned numerous awards for their endeavors.
